We want you to feel extraordinary in your NADINE MERABI piece; if it is not quite right, you can return your items within 14 days of receipt. Please ensure all garments are unworn, in their original condition, and with all designer tags and ribbons still attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Package Your Item

  Carefully place the garment back into its original branded packaging to ensure it remains protected during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Generate your prepaid shipping label through the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our atelier receives and approves your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
